Jayne Guzman
Jayne Guzman knows RiverWalk and the Palm Beaches from the ground up! As an original Divosta RiverWalk owner and resident realtor, she opened the Illustrated Properties real estate office at the RiverWalk Town Center in 1997 and has been consistently leading area sales as an Illustrated Properties Top Platinum Producer and member of the President(‘s) Council.
With over 30 years of expert real estate experience, Jayne is passionate about her “Live here and love it here” RiverWalk lifestyle and is proud of her loyal RiverWalk client base and an expansive network of area service providers and support professionals for every resident and real estate need. RiverWalk neighbors and friends know Jayne’s commitment to the community, bringing neighbors together for outdoor movie nights, elaborate holiday events, the Doggy welcome station at her office as well as always being available to provide a caring hand to residents in need.
Jayne was born in London, England and is married to Leslie, her aerospace engineer husband. They have two adult children, Hannah and Oliver, and a Tobie (Toby) the family fur baby.
Jayne is an accomplished world traveler (she’s also a retired airline employee) and speaks Spanish. She enjoys hiking, biking, kayaking, boating and paddle boarding. You’re likely to see her within the RiverWalk community walking, biking or traveling by golf cart with Tobie (Toby) at her side connecting with neighbors, organizing the next event or creating new opportunities for RiverWalk community engagement.
